Response Management (email)

  • The goal of every email is to establish a relationship and a dialogue with the reader. Ensure the content is relevant –this will help to engage the customer
  • We should read and respond to reader’s feedback so consider carefully how your customers can contact you
  • At least 1% of the ‘sent’ volume could generate an email response –requests for more information, a status check on another transaction or some feedback for the brand. Ensure that you have support in place to respond quickly.
